Delivery to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses is currently unavailable.
Delivery and Pickup
The recipient may need to sign the package to receive the product. Please ensure that an address is available to receive the package during office hours. If the package cannot be delivered to the recipient due to personal reasons, please contact the postal service provider directly for further arrangements.
Consolidated Delivery
Once a product is shipped, Rootie will no longer allow combining two or more products into one for shipment.
Change of Delivery
After the product is shipped, any changes to the recipient's name, phone number, or address must be handled by the customer directly contacting the postal service provider specified in the shipping confirmation email. Any delivery delays and resulting costs will be borne by the recipient.
Taxes & Duties
Some countries may require import tax, duties and related customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office directly.
