Product Availability

Order Status
You can check the status of your recent orders on this website. To track your order on the postal company's website, simply click the tracking number next to the order to check its delivery status. Order Cancellation
Once Rootie starts processing your order, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Orders, or parts of orders, may be cancelled for various reasons. Some of the reasons are as follows:

- Duplicate orders have been placed
- According to customer requirements
- Purchase limit exceeded

Return Policy
Rootie does not offer return service.
